Are there additional resort or parking fees?
Yes. Resort-administered charges are paid separately at check-in and depend on the building. At Costa Hollywood, the current charges are a $50 registration fee per stay, a $40 daily resort fee and $42 daily valet parking. At Lyfe Resort, the current charges are a $250 security deposit, a $10.20 total hospitality fee, a $40 daily resort fee and valet parking at $35 per day for 1–7 days or $30 per day for stays longer than 7 days. The selected property page shows the applicable building charges.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Standard check-in: from 4:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and should be requested at least 2 days before arrival: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM for $100, or 12:00 PM–4:00 PM for $50. Standard check-out: by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and should be requested at least 2 days in advance: until 5:00 PM for $50. At front-desk properties, access cards may deactivate automatically after the approved check-out time.
Can I request early check-in or late check-out?
Yes, subject to availability and advance approval. At participating properties, early check-in may be available from 8:00 AM for $100 or from 12:00 PM for $50. Late check-out until 5:00 PM may be available for $50. Contact us before arrival; fees and times can vary by stay.
Is parking included?
No. Parking is operated separately by the resort and is not included in the Global Rent Apart accommodation price. Costa Hollywood valet parking is currently $42 per day. Lyfe Resort valet parking is currently $35 per day for stays of 1–7 days and $30 per day for stays longer than 7 days. Global Rent Apart does not control parking rates or discounts.
What resort and beach amenities are available?
Participating stays may include resort-style pools, sundeck, hot tub, high-speed Wi-Fi and beach service with two lounge chairs per apartment per day. Umbrellas are generally available for rent. Access and charges vary by property and are stated in the individual listing.
Are pets allowed?
Dogs are welcome at participating properties for an additional $50 per stay. Building restrictions may apply, so please tell us about your pet before booking.
What are the main house rules?
The booking guest must be at least 21 years old, and guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult. Do not exceed the property’s maximum occupancy. Quiet hours are from midnight to 7:00 AM. Property-specific rules shown in the listing also apply.
Is the apartment suitable for families and remote work?
Many stays offer a full kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, balcony and family-friendly amenities. A Pack & Play may be requested at participating properties for $30 per stay. Review the selected unit for its exact equipment and layout.
What is available around Hollywood Beach?
Hollywood Beach offers a wide beach and the palm-lined Broadwalk with restaurants, cafés, shops, live music, bicycle rentals and water activities. Many of our featured stays are within walking distance, while the exact distance depends on the selected property.

Is my reservation confirmed when I submit the form?
No. Submitting a request does not create a confirmed reservation. You will receive an explicit confirmation from Global Rent Apart or our reservation system once availability and booking details are verified.
What cancellation policy applies?
Firm cancellation policy: cancellations within 14 days of check-in and cancellations or changes after check-in are non-refundable. Unused nights and early departures are not refundable. Full booking terms and any property-specific conditions apply.
