* PET FRIENDLY: Your dog is welcome. It has an additional charge:
                                   1 to 3 days $ 10 x day
                                   4 to 15 days $ 5 x day
                                   16 to 30 days $75 x stay.

*EARLY CHECK-IN is subject to availability. You must check 1 or 2 days before your arrival to confirm if it's possible. It has an additional charge depending on your arrival time,
     - between 12 to 4 pm: $ 50
     - between 7 am to 4 pm: $ 100.

* LATE CHECK-OUT: As Early check-in, is subject to availability. You must check 1 or 2 days before your departure to confirm if it's possible. It has an additional charge depending on the time,  between 11 to 3 pm: $ 50, between 3 am to 7 pm: $ 100.

 *ADDITIONAL SERVICES: We do additional services for a fee. They are available upon request, please contact the owner on his cellphone.
   - Cleaning refresh   $ 60 each time (cleaning only)
  -  Complete cleaning   $ 120 (includes linens and towels rechange)
   - Fresh towels  $ 5 each one 
                                  $ 15 the set (4 towels)
                                   When delivering the clean towels, you give us the used ones.

*FREE CRIB: A Pack and play crib are available upon request.

* Quiet time between 00:00 and 07:00 am.
 
* There cannot be a greater number of guests in each apartment than the maximum occupancy of this property.
